Order Information
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, we aim to dispatch it within 2-3 business days. (total time is 3 busniness days. No more than that.
Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 1-2 weeks from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your Sol beauty account.
If you order from different vendors, please keep in mind that your items will arrive separately.
While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.
Cancellations

To cancel your order:
1: Go to 'Orders & Returns' if you have an account, or chat with us or email [email protected] if you placed an order as a guest
2: Select the items you want to cancel and your reason for cancellation.
We'll email you a confirmation of your canceled order.
If your order has already been prepared, we can't cancel your order — You can find more info on returning items in our Shipping, Return & Refunds Policy.
Customized Orders
To place an order for a customized wig, Please contact us at [email protected]. Customization depends on which vendor is selling the item.
Human & braided wigs are the only items that can be customized at an extra charge.
Due to the nature of this order, manufacturing lead times may vary as it is created specifically for you. Please consult the product page for more information on manufacturing times.
Please note: although customized items have a longer lead time, partial payment will be taken shortly after you place your order. The remainder will be taken after you agree & are satisfied with the completed look
