General Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free as well!

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

General Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All wig products have free standard shipping for US, Canada Australia and Europe.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Processing times range from 3-5 business days

Delivery after ship date is 2 weeks

 

Sol Beauty orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm with your country's standard shipping provider.  

 

You can purchase multiple pieces from multiple locations for one shipping fee. The amount of the Flat Shipping Fee is based on the lowest price shipping option available for the item in your order, which travels the farthest to reach you.

 

All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

 

Shipping Times: Standard: 2-3 weeks

 

STANDARD SHIPPING (USPS) - 14 Business days (2 weeks)

 

STANDARD SHIPPING (Canada Post) - 14-18 Business days  (or two-three weeks) (email us to see if we have the wig on-hand)

Express Shipping

 

DHL EXPRESS: USA & Canada: delivery within 7-10 days Rest of the world: delivery within 10 business days

 

*Express shipping is only available for wigs & lace fronts. Please contact us for express shipping on items under $30

 

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Due to the pandemic/Covid-19 shipping times have been delayed from 5 days to 2 weeks roughly. Please be patient, your order is on the way! Your Order Cancellation Rights

 

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so.

 

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 3 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your order cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 

Conditions for Returns

 

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

 

  • The Goods were ordered/purchased in the last 3 days
  • Everything else is FINAL SALE

 

Email us FIRST for ANYTHING if the wig has any is issues upon delivery please.

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

 

  • Email us first if your item was damaged upon arrival in anyway.
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Ripped lace, loose wefts cannot be returned.
  • Please ensure you are putting on the wig with your hair neatly tied away as Swiss lace can be delicate

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

Returning Goods

 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend that you insure your goods by creating and account with your country’s standard mail courrier. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

 

Gifts

 

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

 

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
